Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the app and uninstall it from your device.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the app or any portion of it
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code, except as expressly permitted by law
• Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the app's functionality, integrity, or security features

2. App Functionality

Clenorix is an on-device storage cleaner and organization tool. It scans device storage, identifies large and redundant media, helps merge duplicated contacts, surfaces outdated calendar events for review, and provides a passcode-protected vault for private photos and files. All scans and analyses run locally on your device. Deletion, movement, and merging of items always require your explicit confirmation — Clenorix only proposes candidates; the final decision is always yours.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available through in-app subscriptions, offered as weekly and monthly plans:

• The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The monthly plan does not include a free trial
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancellation is initiated at least 24 hours before the period ends
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and again upon each renewal
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings
• Payment processing, billing, and subscription management are handled entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable policies and are processed by Apple, not by us

4. Updates and Availability

We may release updates that add, modify, or remove features at any time, and we may discontinue parts of the app or the service as a whole. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued access to any specific feature. Some updates may require a current version of the operating system or compatible hardware.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Clenorix surfaces items for your review based on heuristics that may not be perfect for every device or library; the responsibility for what to keep, move, or delete is always yours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes, without limitation, any data loss resulting from actions you confirm inside the app. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or related subscriptions during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if these Terms are violated, if continued use creates legal or technical risk, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
